"I have a 10yr old Registered Quarter Horse Gelding named Skips Mickey Lee "Mick" for short. I have had him since he was a little over 2yrs old. Two years ago several of us went trail riding , the next morning Mick was lame, he couldn't hardly walk. "In the Summer of 2009 my horse Georgia, a registered half-Arabian mare, was diagnosed with Laminitis. With 6-8 degree rotation of the coffin bone I held little hope that this mare would ever be sound again much less ridable. For a month I tried traditional laminitis therapies but to no avail.
